Welcome to ‘Science in Action!‘. The initiative highlights youth community organizations of pollinator projects aimed to promote bee pollinators. From Girl Scouts of America (GSA) and Boy Scouts of America (BSA) to educational outreach at schools, camps, or other programs, Science in Action! listens to, learns about, and shares the stories and accomplishments of future leaders and local heroes.
Pollinators impact more than a third of crop production worldwide, and they must have supportive habitats. Through this collection of stories, we celebrate awareness and efforts at a local level that enhance bee health, landscapes, and the environment. Supporting the next generation of young people taking the initiative is a crucial step in sustaining pollinator health.
